A Good Last Day

We had a very good last day I was lucky enough to get a invite to hunt a flooded corn field. We had three limits in 15 minutes my shortest duck hunt ever.

Double Banded Mallard

My buddy and I got to hunt Santee Delta West draw hunt back in December and had a good day. I got my first double banded duck.

ONLY REAL GOOD HUNT OF THE YEAR

HAD A TOUGH SEASON THIS YEAR TO MUCH WATER BUT DID HAVE ONE REAL GOOD HUNT AT CEDER ISLAND WE KILLED TWO GADWALL, TWO BLUE WING TEAL, ONE GREENWING TEAL, ONE WIDGEON, ONE SHOVELER AND A PINTAIL NOT A BAD DAY.

DUAL SPOT LIGHTS FOR BOAT.

These spot lights are mounted on aluminum frame that I made by bending on work bench vice. I purchased the aluminum for $10.00 from Tractor Supply Co. I got the idea from the War Eagle Boats web site were they sell the Rainbow Lights. I had to make a bracket for the front of the boat to make a flat spot to mount on my boat.

THE FIRST SEASON IS NOV. 25TH- NOV. 29TH AND THE SECOND SEASON IS DEC. 12TH- JAN. 31ST. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE START OF THE SEASON.

Bow mounted spotlights

Just started working on dual spotlights for my boat. I started by building frame to hold and protect lights. I estimate that it will cost me less than $50.00 to do this project will post pictures of this project soon.
